X-Stream Sports is not liable for any failure to provide access to the live stream due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, with the location of arbitration in Hastings, Nebraska.
X-Stream Sports reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
